Please be sure to read through our policies as a whole. Booking an appointment with us, ensures that you understand and agree to the policies below and set forth.
We do accept cancellations up to 24hrs before your scheduled service time. If you cancel after the required 24 hr policy, you will be charged 50% of the service cost for inconvenience purposes.
If your payment is declined or it fails for whatever reason, you will no longer be able to utilize our services as a patron.
We do offer a 10 min grace period. You are required to be in the chair at the 10 min mark, if you are not you will be charged a $20 late fee. If you have not arrived by the 15 min mark your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. There are no exceptions to either rule.
If you do not communicate with us that you will be running late and you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time, you will be marked as a no show, which will result in you not being able to utilize our services, as we do not service no shows.
If you have never been serviced by us, you are considered a new client. All new clients are REQUIRED to book a new client virtual consultation prior to receiving services. If we have not serviced you in 6+ months you are also considered a new client and will be required to book a new client virtual consultation as well. Same day appointments are not available for new clients. So please be sure to book a new client virtual consultation first, or your appointment will be cancelled.
